Description
Theta Tau active members provided alcohol to minors and hazed new members by encouraging/coercing consumption of alcohol. New members were subjected to blindfolding, scavenger hunts, required tasks to obtain signatures and confiscation/restricted use of electronic devices.

Sanctions
- Disciplinary Probation from 5/12/22 to 12/12/2023
- Loss of social privileges from 8/12/2022 to 12/31/2022
- All active members must complete online hazing prevention module
- Chapter must complete Theta Tau alcohol education module
- Chapter must develop and provide copy of risk management plan
