In accordance with the Stop Campus Hazing Act (SCHA), The University of Alabama will maintain a Campus Hazing Transparency Report (CHTR). This report provides information on confirmed hazing violations by organizations formally recognized by the University. The CHTR will be updated biannually, as required.
Each situation is unique, and all allegations are addressed on a case-by-case basis. The University’s response to noted situations does not create binding precedents but may guide its handling of any similar situations that may arise in the future.
